The Johnny Harra Interview – Generally considered one of the top Elvis impersonators in the world, Johnny Harra, (who played Elvis in the movie “This is Elvis”), talks about the tragedy of the singer’s death (“a great shock”), Col. Tom Parker, Elvis’ manager, performing at the Silverbird Hotel in Las Vegas, recording with the Jordanaires and impersonating Elvis (“There’ll never be another Elvis”). Listening to Harra’s voice, it’s easy to imagine that you’re hearing the voice of Elvis. It gives one an uncanny feeling.
